Job Description:
The Talent Development On Site Trainer will work closely with the Talent Development Department, Human Resources Department, and other Department Supervisors to ensure that staff in the Residential and Community Programs are well trained and confident in their positions.
Talent Development On Site Trainer - Duties and
Responsibilities:
Implement and provide training and support to new and existing employees on site in addition to new hire orientation, annual and site-specific training.
Act as a liaison between the Human Resources, Talent Development Department and all other programs.
Ensure that in-house, job specific orientations and site-specific trainings are up-to-date and completed.
Provide feedback to the Talent Development department regarding staff progress and job performance.
Back -up for tracking employee training and maintain employee training files.
Talent Development Facilitator Qualifications/Skills:
Associate degree 5 years' experience working in OPWDD in a leadership position Effective leadership skills Effective oral and written skills in English.
