Air Professional's continuous demand has created an opportunity for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join or growing team! We are seeking highly motivated Customer Service Reps to join our team with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in CSR office setting.

Provide solutions to customers' questions and provide customer service support.
Answer customer questions via phone, email, or chat, and schedule appointments in our computer system.
Provide technical support to customers on the phone and via chat.
Troubleshoot customer issues, document customer service activities.
Demonstrate empathy for urgent Plumbing, HVAC, Sewer, and Electrical needs.
Assist other employees as needed.
Job Requirements:
Previous Customer Service Experience.
Exceptional customer service, communication (verbal and written), and phone skills Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, technicians and other office employees.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to think critically.
Experience with Microsoft office I.
E Outlook, Excel, Word.
Ability to type 40 WPM.
