Receptionist - The Receptionist will provide clerical office support for the front desk.
The role requires someone who is punctual, reliable, and detail oriented.
The receptionist must be able to communicate in a positive and professional manner while adhering to the agency's core values of honesty, integrity, and fairness.
Specifically, as a Receptionist you will:
Answer all incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate staff.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Sort/distribute mail as directed and make copies of forms.
Maintain the front office, kitchen and training room environment in an organized and neat manner, including wiping down tables, counters and sink area in the kitchen.
Coordinate meetings with vendors such as plumbers, cleaners, electricians, etc.
Coordination of the training and conference room.
Other administrative duties as directed.
Minimum
