The role of the Human Resources Recruiting and On-Boarding Specialist is to help plan, direct, and implement a full cycle recruitment and onboarding process and coordinate internal staffing changes, for residential, day habilitation programs, and community habilitation and respite programs.
Human Resources Recruiting and On-Boarding Specialist Responsibilities A.
Screen applicants, set up and conduct interviews; incorporating the agency recruitment cell phone to assist with the recruitment process.
B.
Ensure an efficient and expedient recruitment process, providing daily status updates for all parties concerned.
C.
Match qualified applicants to the most appropriate vacancy and arrange additional interview/observations with the hiring supervisor.
D.
Coordinate and track new employee fingerprint appointments and PPD testing.
E.
Ensure all new hire documentation for potential employees is received and correctly completed in a timely manner.
F.
Complete all employment verifications.
G.
Assist with miscellaneous Human Resources tasks as needed.
H.
Promote employment with CBS through internet recruiting, job fairs and sourcing unique advertising opportunities.
I.
Internally post and update all job vacancies weekly.
J.
Facilitate visits for new hires to provide their forms of identification and complete i9 documentation.
K.
Assist with tracking and scheduling per diem staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5 years 'experience in OPWDD or similar non-profit preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Salary Range:
$55,000-$60,000 negotiable based on experience and education.
